Ms. Hayes was previously Vice President of Barrows Company, which monitors international oil and gas contracts and legislation. At Barrows, she was responsible for business development, marketing, and product innovation.
Previously Meg worked for PLS and American Continental Properties, where she focused on oil and gas investments, business development, and asset management.
Ms. Hayes holds a BS in Economics with a Minor in International Studies from the University of Wyoming and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Meg graduated with honors from the University of Wyoming and earned several awards, including a Wall Street Journal Award and a Top Economics Student award. She is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma honor societies.
Ms. Hayes is also a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and serves on the University of Wyoming College of Business Advisory Board in Laramie, WY, the Whitney Western Art Museum Advisory Board in Cody, WY and the Planting Fields Foundation Board of Trustees in Oyster Bay, NY.
